This project involved a bespoke utility room fit-out within a newly created extension connected to the garage. The brief was to organise and conceal all services while maximising storage and functionality.

We installed a full run of cabinetry to house the boiler, washing machine and tumble dryer, alongside integrated plumbing for a sink. Several units were deliberately constructed with false backs and reduced depths to accommodate pipework and services without compromising the overall appearance.

Additional internal fittings were added to make full use of the space, including shelving, holders for cleaning equipment, and dedicated storage for everyday utility items. Careful planning ensured that all components aligned cleanly, creating a practical and well-organised utility room designed for efficient daily use.
